INGODSGRACE is operated by ENNC Online Shop (DTI Business Name No. 7117577).

ENNC Online Shop respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

2. Data we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, and phone number (if provided) when you buy through our PayMongo checkout.
• Messages: information you send us when you text, message, or email us.
• Payment data: payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not collect or store your card numbers or e-wallet credentials. We receive only payment confirmation details such as the amount, date, and reference number.
• Website usage data: collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 4).

3. Why we use your data

• To process your order and email you the PDF;
• To respond to questions and handle refund requests;
• To keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes;
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it.

We process your data based on the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests, and, where required, your consent. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Metricool tracking to measure visits and how visitors interact with the page. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

5. Who we share data with

PayMongo (payment processing), our email provider (to deliver the PDF), and Google and Metricool (analytics). These providers may process data outside the Philippines. We share data with authorities only when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep order records for 5 years and then securely delete or anonymize them. Messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

7. Security

We use reasonable organizational, physical, and technical measures to protect your data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will act in accordance with NPC rules.

8. Your rights

Under RA 10173 you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, to damages, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
