24-Hour Refund Policy: If the devotional isn't for you, just message or text us at 0995 976 6596 within 24 hours of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. After 24 hours, this digital product can no longer be refunded.

How to request a refund

Message or text us at 0995 976 6596, or email iggvemarketing.ph@gmail.com, within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include the name and email address used at checkout and your PayMongo payment reference if you have it.

Processing time

Once approved, we process refunds within 3 to 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method used through PayMongo. We cannot refund to a different account.

After 24 hours

After 24 hours from purchase, this digital product can no longer be refunded. If you did not receive your PDF, please contact us and we will resend it.
