INGODSGRACE is operated by ENNC Online Shop (DTI Business Name No. 7117577).

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your purchase of the ebook "7 Days to Reconnect" (the "Product") from ENNC Online Shop ("we", "us"), through the website https://ingodsgrace.io. By buying the Product you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product and price

The Product is a digital devotional ebook in PDF format. The launch price is ₱199 (regular price ₱299), shown in Philippine pesos. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by PayMongo through our PayMongo storefront (https://storefront.paymongo.com/7-days-to-reconnect). We do not receive or store your card or e-wallet details. PayMongo's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.

4. Delivery

The Product is delivered by email as a PDF to the email address you enter at checkout. Delivery is currently handled manually, and we usually send the PDF within a few hours of payment. If you do not see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, or text us at 0995 976 6596. Please make sure your email address is correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

5. License

When you buy the Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and print it for your own personal and household use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, distribute, or publicly post the Product or any part of it, or use it for commercial purposes, without our written permission. All content remains the property of its owner and is protected by Philippine copyright law (Republic Act No. 8293).

6. Refunds

24-Hour Refund Policy: If the devotional isn't for you, just message or text us at 0995 976 6596 within 24 hours of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. After 24 hours, this digital product can no longer be refunded.

7. Nature of the content

The Product offers faith-based devotional reflections for couples. It is not professional counseling, therapy, medical, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the Product is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other laws that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Valenzuela City, Philippines.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
